A lot of DC Comics fans are heading to Comic-Con 2014 to see what is in store for the new television properties, including Gotham, Constantine and the Arrow spin-off series Flash. However, DC Comics is making sure you don’t forget about Arrow amongst all the new show hoopla.

With that in mind, it is time for Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) to step into the superhero role of Arsenal. Throughout the second season of the show, Oliver Queen worked with Harper to clean him up of his drug addiction, but the drug Mirakuru had unexpected side effects – superhuman abilities and a new violently unstable personality.

In the comics, Harper was addicted to regular street drugs, but the Arrow TV series gave him a little more power. Fans of Young Justice also remember Arsenal as being very hot headed and refusing to conform. Well, Warner Bros. just released a new photo of Arsenal in his full costume, and it looks pretty damn cool. It is similar to Arrow’s costume but just different enough.

Colton Haynes should be one of the stars at the DC TV panel at Comic-Con 2014 this week, so expect to see more of the costume and maybe some footage in the Arrow season 3 video presentation. The third season of Arrow premieres on Oct. 8 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
