Anyone else anticipating a sequel to the 2008 comedy Pineapple Express?
Well, too bad. The crazy gentlemen of this Summer’s apocalyptic comedy This is the End have pranked us all with a Pineapple Express 2 trailer, albeit a fake one. The trailer has all the big hitters including Seth Rogen, James Franco, Craig Robinson, and Danny McBride.
Also, Jonah Hill plays a surprise character. This is actually a clever way to promote their new comedy. Check out the official fake Pineapple Express 2 trailer!
I must admit, watching this trailer had me craving a Pineapple Express follow-up. For now, we have This is the End, which will hit theaters this Summer and has all the same players. Here is a description of the upcoming comedy below:
