There have been a lot of complaints about the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, but that was expected since it is a DC Comics movie. However, one of the biggest complaints coming from fans was that there were too many heroes in the movie. Well, they can complain more because Latino Review reported on Thursday that there are may be four more villains being added as well.

Of course, the heroes coming to the movie are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Victor Stone. The reason I put Victor Stone was because I still believe he will not appear as Cyborg until the Justice League movie and will just appear here as himself. Yeah, that’s a lot of heroes, but it isn’t a deal breaker.

So, who are the new villains?

Joining Lex Luthor in the movie appears to be Victor Zsazs, Amanda Waller, Morgan Edge and David Cain. Out of those names, Amanda Waller makes the most sense. She works for the government, and as fans of Arrow knows, she runs the Suicide Squad. Now, Waller is not really a bad guy, but she really doesn’t like the superheroes. I have heard rumors about a Suicide Squad movie, so this could open that door.

I just hope that make her the large and in charge Amanda Waller, although they likely will keep with the New DC 52 and make her skinny and attractive. Latino Review does say she will be a Senator who doesn’t trust Superman.

Batman V Superman

Victor Zsasz

Victor Zsazs is a Batman villain who is a killer who engraves a tally mark into his body every time he kills someone. Honestly, he could just be there to give Batman someone to fight when we first meet him and that is it. A lot of superhero movies start with someone fighting someone and then moving on to the main plot (Captain America: The Winter Soldier opened with Cap vs. Baltroc the Leaper).

Morgan Edge is one of Superman’s enemies from the comics. Latino Review said he will be Lex Luthor’s PR man and mouthpiece in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Finally, David Cain is an assassin and actually was one of Bruce Wayne’s trainers with the League of Assassins before Bruce became Batman. Of course, he is also the father of Cassandra Cain, who became Batgirl, and she would be an awesome addition to the DC Comics shared universe down the line.

So, four new villains added to Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, and all of them make sense. What are your thoughts? Should these villains all fit into the grand scheme of things without overbearing the movie? Chime in below with your comments.
