A new DC Comics animated movie is on the way, and if you haven’t checked out any of DC Comics animated efforts, you need to do so. They really have Marvel beat when it comes to animated movies and if they could just put the talent that creates these movies in charge of the live-action movies, Warner Bros. would be in a lot better place. Anyway, the new movie is called Batman vs. Robin and we have the Batman vs. Robin animated trailer here for your enjoyment.
Basically, the movie follows the great Scott Snyder Court of Owls storyline from the New 52 Batman series. Of course, Robin here is Batman’s son Damien Wayne. Anyway, check out the info on the DVD and the trailer below and let us know what you think in the comments.
Batman vs. Robin stars Jason O’Mara (Terra Nova) as Batman and Stuart Allan (Son of Batman)as Robin. Also featured are Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order) as Talon, Weird Al Yankovic as The Dollmaker, David McCallum (NCIS) as Alfred, Grey Griffin (Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends) as Samantha, Sean Maher (Serenity) as Nightwing, and Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series) as Thomas Wayne. Batman vs. Robin is directed by Jay Oliva (Batman: Assault on Arkham).
