Are yo ready, Renegades? Harry Dunne and Lloyd Christmas are back to bring the stupidity to another generation. Let me tell you, they still look classy as ever. Seeing these photos makes me all nostalgic remembering the first time I saw the original twenty years ago. Let that sink in for a moment. It’s been nearly twenty years since the original Dumb and Dumber. What’s funny is Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels look as if they haven’t aged a day.

I love how the book they are reading in the last photo is upside down. I’m glad to see these guys back even if they might be too late on their return.
Just the other day, Jeff Daniels won an Emmy for his role in HBO’s The Newsroom. After the event, Jeff Daniels spoke to E! Online about the upcoming sequel. Here is what he had to say:
There are some things that’s we’re going to do in Dumb and Dumber To that make the toilet scene [in the original] seem lame. Pales in comparison and I can’t divulge what, but just that they’ve topped it. They best thing about it? I get to work with a comedic genius.
As enthusiastic as Jeff Daniels sounds, I’m still cautiously optimistic about the sequel. Reason being, The Farrelly Brothers have not made a decent movie in almost a decade. Another reason, it’s been way too long since the magic of the original struck. I’m hoping for the best, but there is a lot working against this movie.
