An entire generation grew up with the popular Batman television show starring Adam West and Burt Ward. The movie was the true definition of camp and remained a crazy and fun look at the Caped Crusader. It also helped change how Batman was portrayed in comics for many years. Well, those fans can finally see the classic Batman television show on Blu-ray and the cast is heading to Comic-Con 2014 to promote it.

Honestly, not many people have thrived off the success of one character as long as actor Adam West. After playing Batman on the classic series, he has pretty much played the same character type on animated series like Family Guy (Mayor Adam West), SpongeBob SquarePants (Mermaid Man) and The Fairly Odd Parents (as himself). The guy is a legend.

Well, Adam West will be joined by Burt Ward, who played Robin, and the legendary screen vixen Julie Newmar, the best Catwoman in Batman history, movie or TV, at Comic-Con 2014 to promote the release of the new Batman television show Blu-ray set. Their appearance will be on Thursday, July 24, from 6:00 to 7:00 in Hall H.
