Comic-Con 2013 should provide a lot of exciting surprises, and one that was already hinted at was Fox saying they were bringing a surprise film to the convention. Guesses ranged from a new Predator movie to an X-Force announcement. However, it sounds like the surprise will be slightly boring as the surprise movie will be X-Men: Days of Future Past, a film most expected to make some kind of appearance at Comic-Con.
However, what might be exciting about the movie’s arrival in San Diego is the fact that Bryan Singer might have a ton of actors in tow. Hugh Jackman (Wolverine), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Anna Paquin (Rogue), Shawn Ashmore (Ice Man) and Peter Dinklage will all be there for other movies.
However, Vulture states that over a dozen cast members will be at Comic-Con, even dwarfing the amazing Avengers surprise from a couple of years back. Names that could show up include James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Ellen Page, Even Peters, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Daniel Cudmore, Booboo Stewart and Lucas Till.
I would pay money to see McAvoy, Fassbender, McKellen and Patrick Stewart sitting at the same panel together.
There is also the chance that a super secret cast member will be on hand, but I will let that wait until it happens so as not to spoil the surprise. As for X-Force, the man who is supposed to be writing it (Jeff Wadlow) will also be at Comic-Con, so fans of Cable and Deadpool can keep their fingers crossed.
