Deadpool 2 hits theaters on May 18 and along with Deadpool and Cable, a ton of new mutants will also show up.
While the mutants will be part of the new team X-Force — which may or may not get their own movie due to the upcoming Disney acquisition of Fox — there is also a villain that was not mentioned in any promotional material but looks like he will show up anyway.
There are possible Deadpool 2 spoilers that follow after the break, so read on at your own risk.
The music soundtrack for Deadpool 2 is out and there is a song on the album that is called “You Can’t Stop This Mother F*****.” During the song, there is a line that says:
“You can’t stop him. He’s the Juggernaut. You can’t stop this mother f*****.”
Yep. It sounds like everyone’s favorite hard head will be showing up in Deadpool 2. The rumors started thanks to Slash Film, who also pointed out two things from the promotional material concerning the movie.
The first was a quick shot from the trailer where Colossus is punching something that looks just like Cain Marko’s helmet. The second is also from the trailer and looks like an X-ray of a character that looks just like Juggernaut.
Of course, this might spoil a surprise from the movie, but we warned you ahead of time that was a possibility.
Anyway … with that said, here is a look at who else you can see in Deadpool 2 — most of which are becoming X-Force.
First of all, Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand) and Colossus (Stefan Kapicic) are both coming back for Deadpool 2. We also know that they are fighting Thanos — err, Cable (both played by Josh Brolin).
So, who else is showing up?
Domino (Zazie Beetz) – This was one of the earliest announcements and a very fun one for fans. She is a mercenary and has worked closely with Cable for years.
Bedlam (Terry Crews) – The always awesome Terry Crews is starring as one of the heroes by Deadpool’s side in the movie. IMDb calls him Bedlam, which was a villain who later joined X-Force. His power is the ability to disrupt mechanical systems and he is a black belt and a true butt-kicker.
Shatterstar (Lewis Tan) – Shatterstar is a mutant from another planet, who also happens to be a time-traveler. The question is whether or not there really will be an alien from the future coming to Deadpool 2 or if they will just use his character and change it up (like they did with Negasonic).
Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgard) – After playing the evil clown Pennywise in Stephen King’s It, Bill Skarsgard will join the X-Men world as the mutant Zeitgeist. There is a shot in the movie where you see a guy with something covering his mouth. That is Zeitgeist, who can spew acid vomit on someone.
If Deadpool 2 brings back the Six Pack from the comics, that means there is one more hero needed — unless Colossus fills that role.
