Lots of buzz has been building since the announcement of Jurassic Park 4. Before the report of a year delay, production was gearing up in several locations, including the rumored Louisiana. Ever since, the news surrounding the next Dino-sequel has dwindled to the point of silence. Fear not though Renegades… Sam Neil is here to spice the news up once again!

Sam Neil Jurassic ParkIn a recent interview with the New Zealand’s Dominion Post, Sam Neil– who played Dr. Grant in the original film– revealed an interesting slip of info while discussing the new entry. When discussing his involvement with the 4th film, Neil denies any partaking for another trip to the park explaining, “I’m told it’s a big reboot, a total re-jig.” So basically, this sounds like Universal wants to restart with a whole new cast of characters. Maybe even a new park.

This is not too surprising considering the movie is penned by the same duo who scripted Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Look how that reboot turned out. Whatever the plans are, don’t expect another entry for at least 2 years.
