The Stephen King dollar baby film festival schedule has been released for the Dollar Baby Film Festival on Memorial Day Weekend in Houston, Texas. The event will take place at the George R. Brown convention center during Comicpalooza, the Texas International Film Festival.

Dollar Baby Film Festival scheduleThis event will also include the attendance of a number of dollar baby filmmakers who will be on hand to meet the fans and sign autographs in the dealer’s room throughout the weekend’s events. The filmmakers on hand will include Shawn Lealos (I Know What You Need), Peter Sullivan (Night Surf), Rodney Altman (Umney’s Last Case), James Renner (All That You Love Will be Carried Away), and James Cox (Grey Matter). Also in attendance will be Bev Vincent, who wrote the fantastic Dark Tower Encyclopedia.

Filming will also be underway for a documentary feature about the dollar baby filmmakers and I will be onhand to talk about my upcoming book called “Dollar Dead: The Story of the Stephen King Dollar Baby Filmmakers.”
