On Monday night, a new Man of Steel TV Spot arrived on the airwaves. Since the film will be arriving on June 14th, it’s about time that we started seeing more advertising presence.

This new Man of Steel TV spot seems to be the Cliff Notes of the last major trailer, hitting the themes of whether the world would reject Superman, how the man Clark Kent chooses to be will change the world, etc. It looks like there isn’t very much new footage here, if any at all, but that’s absolutely fine. Nolan and company are notoriously secretive with their trailers, making sure that they don’t give anything away. I’d rather walk in to the theater with a relatively empty taste pallet than feel like I’ve seen the movie just by watching the trailer. Too many movies make that mistake nowadays. In this case, less is definitely more.
